So, I guess this post is a bit late. Not only because it’s Jan 7, but also because it is currently 1:22 am. I know we heard this 1 million times before and we have all promised to do it ourselves, but this year, I will get my life together.
This is the first time I have visited the tumblr weightloss community in the past five months. It makes total sense that I have gained 7 pounds since that time.
I am now 5’9” and weigh 200 lbs. I remember the pure joy that I felt when I broke though that 200 lb mark and entered the 100s. I am determined to do so once again.
I believe that the reason that I binge so much is the stress from school. I need to get ths under control, especially since I am going off to college next school year and my prom is in June. It will be a chance to have a completely fresh start with a completely new set of people. I want to look and feel my best during this awesome chapter of my life.
I have set the goal to weigh 170 pounds by Setember 1st. That will be about a 1 pound loss each week. It will be a slow but sure process. We all know by now that a steady pace is the best way to keep the weight off. I plan on doing this by completely cutting out sugar from my diet for one month. I will get all my sugar from fruits, not granola bars, pastries, cereals, or any other processed food.
I am very apprehensive, but I know I can do it and I can’t wait to see the results! Thank you to anyone who read this far for giving the time to listen.
